1，找一张树的图片，插入。
2，用曲线绘图工具绘制一个苹果，可能要几条线，画好后着色，中间再加一个文本框，把他们组合起来3，复制这个组合，多粘贴几下就有好几个苹果了，放在树上，分别写上内容4，按住shift,选中这些苹果，右键-自定义动画-添加-退出时-飞出-向下。我手边没有ppt，做不了示范，只能用文字抽象的说一下。你自己试一下就知道了。
