1.成绩单（GPA）
基本美国顶尖院校申请竞争非常激烈，故国内大部分院校都是满分4分的GPA，维持在3.5/4才符合部分院校的申请条件；3.8 才是一个附有竞争力的成绩。
2.在读证明（毕业证）
这就在于说明你的院校背景，基于美国顶级理工学院的话，世界前100的中国院校如清华，北大等，还是有竞争力的。其余院校半斤八两。
3.语言成绩（托福，雅思）
美国硕士要求托福80 （单科不低于20，部分要求单科不低于22）；雅思6.5（单科不低于6）；然而美国顶级理工学院基本托福100 是标准，110 才是一个相对有竞争力的成绩，雅思参考7-7.5
4，GRE/GMAT
理工对应是GRE，但近几年GREampGMAT想通，但还是建议靠GRE；
GRE的话320 4是相对不错的分数（部分院校专业还会对数学有所要求）
5.文书（个人陈述PS、推荐信RL、简历CV）
毕竟申请而言，全球这么多学生，成绩相仿的众多，如何从申请者中脱颖而出，而你又不能跟录取老师发微信打电话见面（这句是废话）。。。
